Imperial Butchery is a newly opened specialist butcher shop in Malta, bringing together 14 years of culinary experience, international training, and professional hospitality expertise.
Over the past decade, our head butcher has spent working across the culinary industry, including experience in England and Italy, as well as training at the renowned Institut Paul Bocuse in France. Locally, he has worked in five-star hotels, restaurants, boutique hotels and cafés.
